Purchase Terms & Conditions

On receipt of your request or enquiry I will contact you within 24 hours (  by email or phone ) to discuss your preferences and then send you an invoice of the total cost of your commission.


Payment terms

  1. A non- refundable deposit of 25% of the agreed total price will be required prior to work commencing on your commission. On receipt of your deposit it will be accepted that you agree to these terms and conditions.
  2. After paying your deposit, full payment is not required until you have viewed and approved your portrait.
  3. Finished portraits will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.


I accept payment by Paypal ( on this website ) or by Cheque: Note cheques must clear before the portrait is dispatched.


Postage and Packaging

Your finished work will be delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery and this cost will be added to the price of the artwork. I will advise you on initial contacts.

Other than canvases, portraits will be rolled and packed in cardboard tube for dispatch.

If you require your portrait framed, I will discuss this with you at the initial consultation, along with the relevant costs.
